Job Description
chirontiQ is seeking an HR Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations at our headquarters. In this role, you will ensure smooth internal processes, support executive management, and maintain an efficient and well-organized working environment.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with different departments, manage administrative workflows, coordinate schedules and communications, and help keep operations running seamlessly across the organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows and a well-organized environment.
Coordinate internal processes, schedules, and communications across departments.
Support executive management with administrative tasks, planning, and coordination.
Organize meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
Maintain and improve office systems, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate with external partners, service providers, and vendors.
Monitor office supplies, budgets, and general administrative needs.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees and support HR-related administrative tasks.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and increase operational efficiency.
Support company-wide projects and ensure alignment between teams.
Basic Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
High level of reliability, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
Ability to solve problems independently and think proactively.
Experience supporting senior management or executives is a plus.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
MBA or a related degree in Business, Product Management, or a similar field.
Experience with logistics or transportation software, such as TMS or WMS systems.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, such as SQL or data visualization.
Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to advocate for user needs.
